We would like to announce a new committer in OTB: Angelos Tzotsos.

Angelos is a remote sensing expert with background in surveying engineering and software development. He is involved in numerous activities around free and open source software and has great experience in geospatial applications. He is among other things responsible of the release of the OSGeoLive project.

He is the official packager of the library for OpenSuse and he has released a new platform for remote sensing image analysis and processing named Gnorasi.

Moreover he has recently contributed a new method for the fusion of panchromatic and multispectral images named LMVM.
